After working in the people performance business for just short of two decades, our founder Christina Griffiths, was faced with some interesting questions about team and group performance, where the usual models did not always provide the comprehensive solutions needed.

A period of research with Birkbeck University and the market leaders, global commercial insurers XL Catlin produced the foundations for building and testing a new model of working for teams and groups.

This became the Coll-lab approach which enables us to work with our clients to work at scale and with global, cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and groups.  Since the initial development, we have evolved our approach to provide a variety of integrated solutions to encompass all the different ways we work together.

Today we have integrated our Coll-lab approach into everything we do, providing our clients with a critical new piece of their agile performance, enabling them to keep ahead of the game.
