Apira were approached by one of their long term clients who wanted to investigate the potential of Document Management & Scanning Medical Records. As Apira had no detailed experience in this area they set about finding an expert who they could partner with who would be flexible & professional enough to work within their existing clients.
After 6 months of searching they found CGA Management and we entered into a partnership to help their clients uncover the benefits that EDRM & scanning can deliver.
After helping their initial client we co-created a new offering to kick start projects looking at Medical and Corporate Record scanning within NHS Trusts – a business case created in 10 days that draws on both companies expertise – Apira with their extensive background in the NHS and CGA Management with our deep understanding of document management solutions and our knowledge of the marketplace vendors.
Since the initial client we have worked with three NHS Trusts and have documented in excess of £1,500,000 in savings that these Trusts could release through the benefits that scanning and document management can deliver.
