We are working with the Woodend Creative Workspace in Scarborough to put in place a funded 9 month training and support package to help local creatives expand and grow their businesses. We have had a fantastic response and are looking to expand the initial pilot to cover 10-12 creatives rather than the original 6 so we have laid on a further meeting for people to come along and ask questions…read on for more details!

Creative Power Pods are an exciting cutting edge, 9 month, business support programme just for Creative’s. They’ve been designed to give a boost to you and your business by enabling you to overcome barriers to growth. So if you are serious about your creativity, enjoy working with others and want to achieve results then this is the programme for you.
Creative Power Pods to help you get results
A pod consists of you and 5 other creative’s facing similar challenges. You will meet every month for 3 hours set measurable goals, learn a key topic that is essential to the success of the creative business and be coached through live problems. The exact agenda will be determined by the group and tailored to meet their needs. Between sessions you will be set homework and given a shared forum to encourage support and progress.

Sounds good, but I don’t think I can afford it
Working with CGA Management and Train to Gain we have located substantial funding for this programme. CGA Management is a consultancy specialising in providing coaching, and consultancy to leaders and managers.
Christina Griffiths is the founder and managing director and will be leading the Creative Power Pods. She is an International Organisational Psychologist and Business Coach with over 15 years experience. She has worked with organisations great and small, from IBM and Price Waterhouse Coopers through to a wide variety of small creative organisations such as Hub TV, and “David & Associates”.
Don’t delay, only 6 places on this time limited offer
There are only 6 places and you will need to register by noon Tuesday 16th June 2009. Everyone who responds will be invited to an exploration meeting and informal selection process where more details will be provided and your questions answered. The selection process will take place on the Wednesday 17th of May and the Creative Power Pod is expected to start in July 2009.
