Christina Griffiths

MSc (Occ. Psych)y, BSc (Econ), BA (Psych), Dip Business Coaching, BPS A/B
Christina is the Founder & Managing Director of CGA Management. She is a specialist in leadership and organisational development and has a passion for working with leaders to create and grow inspiring organisations. Christina is currently en-route to achieving her Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Seen as a powerful solver of organisational challenges Christina works with individuals and groups as a coach, workshop Leader, speaker and facilitator. The key to her success lies in her ability to work in a way that is authentic, inspiring, practical and rigorous. Clients often say that they feel challenged and energised after working with Christina.

Before starting CGA Management Christina was a partner in ASP (part of ASE – Occupational Psychologists), a senior international recruitment consultant for Progressive Computer Recruitment working with blue chip organisations .

Andy Copland

BSc (Comp Sci), Prince2 Practitioner

Andy leads the consultancy practice within CGA Management and is focused on helping clients tackle complex challenges within their organisations.

He joined CGA Management after spending 10 years working for Docucorp where he was the first employee hired in Europe. During his time with Docucorp Andy worked on numerous projects for clients as consultant and project lead. These included: Private Client Reporting for HSBC Asset Management, Global Financial Dashboard for JP MorganChase Manattan Bank, Investment Reporting for Mashreqbank (this was completed over a year onsite in Dubai), various architectures for Norwich Union, E3 Integration with CSC and hundreds of proof of concepts for a wide range of clients.

More recently Andy has become involved in kick-starting projects within NHS Trusts seeking to meet their cost saving & information governance targets through the use of document management solutions & BPM tools.
