The Company
CGA Management Ltd was incorporated in 2000 and has offices in London and North Yorkshire, UK.
We work with Banks and other professional institutions in the UK and Middle East as independent consultants helping our clients to improve their client communication management.
From identifying your requirements, through to documenting the business case for your project, we help you define, plan, identify and procure the right solution for you, and then provide guidance and best practice throughout the implementation and lifetime of the project.

Enabling
Our aim is to work our way out of each project we undertake. This may sound like a mad business plan – but we want our clients to stand independently of us and own the results we help them achieve. We know that there will always be another challenge around the corner and we will be here to help them next time.
Sustainable
To us sustainability means everything we do should have a lasting positive impact – long after we have moved on. As an example our company runs carbon negative – we know we are small but at least we can start making a small dent in the carbon debt. We avoid paper where we can and recycle what we do use. Ingenuity
Each of our clients’ needs different results. This is one of the things we love about the range of clients we work with. Through combining our skills in people, technology and finance we find new ways to help our clients hit their targets. It also ensures we are constantly learning and embracing new ideas.
Passionate
We expect the impossible of ourselves and our passion combined with our ingenuity helps us deliver it. Our work is something that we feel very strongly about with each of us bringing a different perspective to the solutions we deliver to our clients.
